Thon Hotel Gyldenløve

Location is very good, close to public transport and walking distance to the city center on a street with shops. Breakfast was very good in terms of quality of the food an variety. The place where breakfast is served is very cozy and nice. I was positively surprised by the room - I stayed in a single room and usually they are extremely small. Here the room was small but very well organized so that it was easy to move around. Nice staff and great to have a Nespresso machine in the hall!

Very nice city hotel close enough to all the points of interest and landmarks in Oslo. A tram stop is 1 minute away from the hotel. Breakfast is very varied and tasty. We were able to check in earlier which was highly appreciated. Room 517 - good and quiet. Bed is comfortable. A lot of shops and supermarkets near the hotel.

Comfortable and laid back 3 star hotel in a buzzing area with lots of restaurants and bars. It is conveniently located for the centre but also for the Bislett Stadium. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was very good. If ever I am back in Oslo I will stay here again.

Very nice hotel, very good breakfast, the best thing about breakfast, is that they are up to half 12, you can relax and sleep, if you want a bit more, and still get the breakfast, which is very tasty. The room is not big, but still more then enough, very comfortable bed. We chose a room overlooking the street where the trams run, good insulation, we were almost not disturbed by noise. Good location, a lot of shops and cafes around. I highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely be back.

The location was really good, the breakfast was rich and good for all tastes, staff members were really nice and helpful as well
